A quick query to Paul Stuart customer service about the warranties on their leather bags netted this response.
We have no “warranty” but if the bag is recent and the need for repair is because of fault of the bag, and if we can assist, we will, obviously we cannot cover bags that have been jammed in cab doors, eaten by dogs etc. please contact our customer service dept. Richard Cherry or Barbara Johnson are at ext. 445 ( 212 682 0320) Tell them what is wrong, they can find out what the bag is, and when it was purchased etc.. and if we can help, we will .
